I. Dual-Layer Anti-Corrosion Structure: High Durability for Harsh/Coastal Environments
1. External Enclosure: Constructed from high-quality galvanized steel with a powder-coated finish. The coastal-grade version features a coating thickness of ≥100μm, while the standard version offers ≥60–80μm, providing robust corrosion resistance.
2. Internal Structural Components: Fabricated entirely from aluminum-zinc coated steel to enhance internal corrosion resistance. Finished with a matte, fine-textured powder coating that is scratch- and wear-resistant; minor abrasions remain inconspicuous, making it ideal for dusty, high-usage outdoor environments.
3. UV-Resistant Coating: Protects against sun-induced aging, preventing the enclosure from yellowing or cracking, and ensuring a pristine appearance over long-term use. This reduces total lifecycle maintenance costs and extends the equipment's service life.
II. Components from Internationally Renowned Brands
All core components—including charging modules, MCCB circuit breakers, AC/DC contactors, relays, power supply units, and energy meters—are sourced from globally recognized brands, ensuring stable output, high safety standards, and a long operational lifespan.
III. Intelligent Design
1. Ambient Light Sensor for Automatic Brightness Adjustment: Automatically adjusts screen brightness based on ambient lighting conditions, reducing power consumption, extending display lifespan, and ensuring comfortable viewing day and night.
2. External Meter Display: Facilitates on-site meter reading and operational verification, simplifying maintenance checks and providing clear, transparent energy consumption data.
IV. Optimized Airflow Cooling System
The equipment features customized air intake and exhaust channels, utilizing a dedicated, independent cooling path for each component. This effectively limits internal temperature rise; under rated operating conditions, the internal temperature differential (ΔT) is ≤10°C—significantly better than the >20°C differential typical of standard products. This helps slow component aging, enhances overall system reliability, and extends the service life of core components. V. Remote Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Service Platform
The equipment supports the retrieval and querying of operation logs, as well as remote fault diagnosis. This enables precise identification of fault locations, reducing the need for on-site inspections. Furthermore, the platform supports remote firmware upgrades, which shortens troubleshooting time, minimizes equipment downtime, and enhances overall equipment availability. Currently, these remote capabilities are fully implemented for AC charging piles, while grid compatibility verification is underway for DC charging piles.
VI. Field Validation
Nearly 1,000 TKT charging units have been deployed in the Indian market. Many of these units have delivered cumulative energy outputs reaching hundreds of thousands of kWh. Having undergone rigorous real-world operation across diverse and complex environments, the equipment has demonstrated exceptional stability and availability.

Battery Thermal Management System
The TKT Battery Thermal Management System (BTMS) provides precise, real-time regulation of battery pack temperatures. Through active cooling, heating, and temperature balancing, it mitigates battery degradation, enhances charging safety, and extends battery service life. Featuring a modular design, the system offers flexible integration with various vehicle platforms, meeting the customized development requirements of OEMs. Since 2012, TKT has specialized in the R&D of battery thermal management systems. Its 3kW–10kW models are widely used in electric buses, trucks, marine vessels, and heavy-duty equipment. To date, TKT has provided design and technical support to over 150 leading global automotive manufacturers—including BYD, Tata Motors, and Switch Mobility—offering comprehensive integrated solutions, deep involvement in vehicle design and development, and one-stop OEM services.
1. Safety and Compliance
The system features a patented design and has obtained CE certification (supported by official test reports). It utilizes CAN bus control to prevent damage to the battery pack caused by improper operation and carries an IP67 protection rating. With a high level of internal integration, robust load-bearing capacity, and a lightweight design, the system effectively reduces the load on the vehicle.
2. Thermal Management and Structural Performance
The system utilizes liquid cooling (employing a water-glycol mixture) combined with PTC heating technology. The coolant offers excellent thermal conductivity and antifreeze properties, remaining in a liquid state even at low temperatures while ensuring low power consumption for the pump. The PTC heating component warms the coolant, which then circulates through a water-cooling plate to maintain a uniform temperature across the battery pack. This prevents the battery from becoming too hot or too cold, thereby extending its cycle life.
